Q: What does the cleaning service include?

Q: How do you vet the cleaners?

A: The cleaners follow a list of priorities which is set when the booking is arranged. Also, if you have any special requests, make sure to tell us up front.

A: We do an ID and reference check which are followed by two interviews to ensure that we work with reliable people.

Q: What about the cleaning materials and products?

Q: Can the cleaner wash the carpets and the windows from the outside?

A: We can supply our Planet Safe, Non Toxic and Chemical Free products with our ENJO equipment. 

A: Soap Bubbles cleaning company doesn’t include carpet washing and exterior window cleaning but we can arrange separate professional services for these tasks. Your cleaner can only hoover the carpet and clean the windows from the inside.

Q: Can I have the same cleaner
at every visit?

Q: What happens if the cleaner damages something?

A: Yes, we can arrange that for you. However, we ask you to stick to the particular days and time of day every week so we can schedule the same cleaner for you.

A: If that is indeed the case then we will do our best to compensate you.

Q: Can I request a different cleaner?

Q: What happens if the cleaner is unavailable?

A: Sure, if you wish to change your cleaner, then we can arrange that, too.

A: We will make sure to inform you and send somebody else.

Q: I will be away for a while and I won’t need my place cleaned, what now?

A: Please make sure to inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Q: What happens if we are unhappy with the office cleaning service?

A: If this ever happens, then we will arrange a visitation from a Quality Control Manager who will assess the situation. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement cleaner.

Q: Hey, are there any hidden charges?

A: Absolutely no! We practice pricing transparency.
